Sarri insists Juventus are on target to achieve season objectives

As a result, there has been the speculation that Sarri is feeling the pressure and when asked about the same, the ex-Chelsea boss said that he would not have taken the job without anticipating a challenge, he told: “If I didn’t want to face examinations I would’ve taken a job at the post office. This is the job. We are on target to reach the objectives we set out at the start of the season. Of course in matches were things go wrong there are reflections to be made.”

The Bianconeri have a home game against Brescia
in the Serie A this weekend and they have a good chance to return to the top of the table, particularly with Inter facing an in-form Lazio team on the road. Prior to that, however, they need to face AC Milan away from home in the first leg of the Coppa Italia semi-final and the club’s faithful should expect a strong response after the embarrassing 2-1 league defeat at Hellas Verona last weekend.

The game won’t be straightforward with Milan in a good run of form this year and they have the services of Zlatan Ibrahimovic, who should prove a handful for the Nerazzurri defence despite being at the twilight of his career. The former Sweden international has contributed three goals and one assist since making the comeback with Milan at the turn of the year. Even at the age of 38, he has shown extreme fitness levels and completed 90 minutes on four occasions.
